Another day, another Cenote… The Riviera Maya counts over 6.000 cenotes really close to each other and all of them are different (At least we have choices…). In general, we wake up early to be the first ones in there, to enjoy and to discover the cenote for us alone. Yesterday’s location was the "Jardin del Eden" or Garden of Eden in English, situated on the road between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We decided to pass the day in this one because first of all, it’s near Playa (some of them are at 2-3 hours in bus…) and also because of the good feedback we had from friends and others tourists on Internet.
The cenote Jardin del Eden is way bigger than Cenote Azul and had more jumping sites to go into the water. So, we found our perfect spot in a 5 meters wood-platform over the water and we were all chilling for almost 4 hours.
We practiced also snorkel, we record some videos that I’m excited to share soon with you guys and we burnt. Now, I’m officially a shrimp.
Hope you like the pictures and make you forget for few minutes the cold winter in Europe.
